Today we entertained Bramley Phoenix for our first get together in over a month. Our fixture at Bramley a few months back brought some entertaining football played in a great atmosphere and today was no different. The game was locked at 0-0 for a very long period before Sebastien opened the scoring with a long range thunderbolt which was shortly followed by a second through Max C.

The lads were working hard but looked a tad rusty which was understandable after a while off and it was Bramley who scored the next goal, a fine finish o the half volley. From then on we took over once more and started to play some excellent football and subsequently grabbed a few more goals, the highlight being a fantastic long range effort by Archie.

The second game followed a similar pattern with the introduction of Max Li (out of net), Sam, Rayan, Dantrell and Nick. All of whom played really well, worked hard and more importantly enjoyed themselves. Dantrell in particular is really starting to settle in and scored two fantastic goals and was strong throughout the game.

Two very good performances again against a very good Bramley side with some excellent players – their little number 3 was superb and we were delighted to see him score an excellent individual goal in the second game. Thanks to Bramley and well done to all the lads today!
