Season 2010/11 - Title winning start to Old Boys League!
After our very shaky last season in the Red Triangle we started again in the Yorkshire Old Boys League.
The new start saw the return of players who'd been travelling, plus some excellent new signings promising a successful season.
We did extremely well in the league, however after a 2-0 home loss to Stanningley OB it looked like our title challenge was over - the only possible way of winning it was to win our remaining 14 games and hope Stanningley slipped up and thats what happened. An incredible achievement!
In the Leeds FA District Cup we reached the Semi-Final after beating some excellent sides en-route, however we lost on penalties to Carlton Atheltic in a game we should have won by four or five, striking the woodwork on five occasions.
A very good season and one to build on next year.
